Oxford Neuroimaging Primers are a set of short, accessible textbooks focused on MRI-based neuroimaging research, published by Oxford University Press. Each primer includes example boxes that link to the primer website where practical data and instructions can be found for demonstrating various concepts and analysis tools, primarily using FSL, but also suitable for use with other packages.
Initially there will be three primers in the series, with more to follow later:
- Introduction to Neuroimaging Analysis (available now!)
- Introduction to Perfusion Quantification using Arterial Spin Labelling (available now!)
- Introduction to Resting State fMRI Functional Connectivity (available now!)
